Shipping Policy/Ordering info:
No matter if you are at home or on the road we will do our best to get your shirt to as fast as we can. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 5 days. Shipping time will vary depending where in the world you are. Within the US it should be no more than 7 business days at best, outside the US should be no more than 15 business days. Some countries are better than others, for instance…if you're in Brazil (and I speak from personal experience)..don't expect anything for at least a month and a half…no joke.
Why 5 days processing time you may ask?
We offer 50+ designs in many sizes, and that is a lot to keep in stock.
So instead, we print to order. You may wonder why we don’t print our shirts as the orders come in, or at least process a day's worth of orders, on the following day. Silk screening shirts, while providing the highest quality results, is a fairly labor intensive process. Every time you print a new design, you have to set up the screen or screens for the artwork, do a test print, make sure everything is lined up correctly; and make sure you have all of the ink colors that you need. When you're done, you need to clean and put everything away, and go through the same process for the next shirt. The idea is to print as many of each design at a time as we can to make life a bit easier for everyone, not to mention the fact that we too work in this business and the crazy hours that come with it. Our goal is to make the best product we can and still keep it at a low cost for you.

In the US the flat rate is $5.50 shipping and handling for orders $45 and under, orders $45 to $90 will be 13.50, $90 to 119.99 will be $16 and all orders over $120 will ship free!
If you are ordering from a destination outside the U.S. you need to contact us so we can calculate the shipping cost
I am eating some of the cost here on shipping, but It's not my goal to be rich, just offer a great product at a fair price.
Touring Personal:
If you are on the road and want your shirt shipped to you we can do it but there are guidelines.
You\’ll need to provide an address to ship to for a future venue or hotel, a date that you will be there, and a contact person to ship that can hold it until you arrive. You will also need to give us at least a weeks notice on location so that the shirt can be made and still have time to get to the location, you don’t want your shirt there the day after you leave.
Returns
As for returns, since I print these to order, meaning that when you order a shirt I print it. I don't keep stock as I said above because there are too many options and that would mean having to have 100's in stock. Please be sure that the size you want to order is the correct size for you. If you are not sure, just ask and I will be more than happy to send you measurements. All of my shirts should come very close to a shirt of the same size that you already have, or you can always order a size bigger since they do shrink a tiny bit. So the only returns I take are if the shirt is defective, meaning if the print has washed out or come apart after the first few washings. If this has happened within 45 days of your purchase, by all means contact me first at ( sales@roadierags.com ) , then if need be send it back and I will send you another one, or you can get a full refund minus shipping. Again for a refund or new shirt you'll need to send the bad shirt back to me...the cheapest way you can of course. The reason I ask that it be sent back is because anyone can say the shirt fell apart....there are shady folks out there. Once received, if it is in fact bad I will refund your purchase price or send you another shirt. The same goes for an exchange, I normally to not offer then again because I make these to order and it could take forever to until someone orders that exact shirt, in the same size with the print on the same side of the shirt.
